Frequently Ask Questions

Several questions of our product knowledge and service.

Our lifts are custom-designed, so there’s no standard size. We’ll tailor the dimensions based on your reserved opening. Simply put, we provide lift equipment that matches the size of your designated opening.

The lift is rated to carry up to 400 kg.

No, hydraulic lifts don’t require a hoistway for installation. They can be secured to walls, floors, or ceilings. If no suitable fixing points exist, we’ll review your plans and photos to determine whether reinforcement with a steel structure is needed.

We offer detailed installation guides, videos, and live video support. All our clients install the lifts independently. Hydraulic lifts are straightforward and can be set up by a mechanic and an electrician.

What specific aspect of safety are you concerned about? Regarding crashes, our hydraulic lifts descend through controlled oil return, ensuring a slow and steady motion. The system also includes two high-strength chains, each with a tensile capacity of 20 tons, and safety locks that engage if both chains fail. Additionally, we provide a UPS system as standard to prevent entrapment during power outages.

Hydraulic lifts are compact, cost-efficient, and require no hoistway, but they operate at slower speeds. Traction lifts offer faster speeds, more design options, and no height restrictions but require a shaft, larger space, and higher costs.

A common size is 1m x 1m. For wheelchair accessibility, we recommend 1.2m x 1m, which costs the same.

Yes, we provide aluminum alloy hoistways with tempered glass that are windproof and waterproof.

While having a load-bearing wall simplifies installation, other reinforcement options—such as fixing to the floor or ceiling—are available. Our team will assess and recommend the best solution during the planning stage.

Yes, we can supply shafts at an additional cost. Our sightseeing shafts are made of aluminum alloy and tempered glass, including outer doors for each floor.

A pit is optional. For a flush ground-level installation on the first floor, a 10 cm shallow pit is recommended as the car bottom is 7 cm thick.

Manual doors come standard, but electric single or double doors are optional.

We can customize lifts to operate on single-phase or three-phase voltage based on customer requirements.

No, only commercial traction lifts require a machine room.

The car is made of 304 brushed stainless steel and tempered glass. For aesthetic preferences, toughened glass can be installed on two sides.

With the latest upgrades, the maximum speed is 0.3 meters per second.

It’s better to install before decoration to avoid damaging finished surfaces. Any construction impact can then be repaired during decoration.

Our hydraulic lifts operate by pressurizing hydraulic oil in a cylinder to move a plunger, indirectly pulling the car with high-strength chains. This design is cost-effective and ideal for low-rise applications.

We primarily offer hydraulic lifts, known for low civil requirements and cost-efficiency, and traction lifts, which are faster and more design-oriented but demand higher installation requirements.

A proportional valve controls the flow of hydraulic oil, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration without any jerks, enhancing the ride experience.

Our imported silent pump stations keep noise levels at 30 dB when the lift is in operation.

No. The standard UPS system ensures the lift descends to the ground floor during outages, avoiding entrapment.

The pump station should be installed indoors to protect it from extreme temperatures, ensuring longevity and consistent performance.

Without wall fixing, the lift can be secured to the ground, reinforced at each floor, and supported with cross or diagonal bracing if necessary.

A double sliding electric door requires an opening at least 1.6m wide, with a final entry width of 70 cm.

As long as the hydraulic oil is replaced every 2–3 years, problems are rare. Key components like guide rails and lift cabins are sturdy steel structures. Most issues occur in the distribution box, which houses electronic components prone to wear over time. However, we guarantee technician dispatch within 48 hours for repairs, a service included in the contract.

Home lifts are not ideal for carrying goods. They use a single rail with a maximum capacity of 600–700 kg and a cabin size up to 1.2m x 1.2m. For larger capacity or bigger cabins, professional goods lifts are recommended for their higher efficiency and better cost-effectiveness.

For outdoor installations, a protective cover is essential to prevent metal components from rusting due to water exposure. A cost-effective solution could be a lightweight steel roof to shield against rain and wind.

In theory, double rails offer greater stability and higher load capacity. However, for loads up to 400 kg, single rails are designed to be equally safe and stable. Our single-rail lifts can handle up to 600 kg without issues.

Lifts can be installed in spaces as small as 0.7m x 1m, resulting in a cabin size of 0.6m x 0.7m.

A cabin measuring 1m x 1m comfortably accommodates 2–3 people.

A light curtain is a protective system using infrared sensors to detect objects at the lift entrance. If someone blocks the beam, the lift stops until the area is cleared, preventing accidents such as door entrapment.

Our residential hydraulic systems are designed to prevent leakage with high-quality Japanese NOK seals and plunger cylinders. These seals typically last 7–8 years but may age over time. Replacing them is straightforward, and spare parts are very affordable.

We offer low, medium, and high configurations:

  • Low configuration: No proportional valve, resulting in slower, less smooth travel.
  • Medium configuration: Includes a proportional valve, silent pump, and a smoother guiding system. Offers higher speed and smoother travel.
  • High configuration: Adds plunger cylinders to eliminate oil leakage and noise in the hydraulic system.

Production takes approximately 20 days.

Standard wheelchairs are about 650 mm wide and 1030 mm long. The cabin should be at least 1.2m x 1m to ensure comfortable wheelchair access.

We provide two types of outer frames:

  • Load-bearing frame: Made of thick aluminum and tempered glass, costing 2,500 yuan per meter (height). Doors are sold separately at 3,500 yuan per unit.
  • Non-load-bearing frame: Made of aluminum profiles and tempered glass, costing 2,000 yuan per meter (height). Doors are 3,000 yuan per unit.

For hydraulic lifts, the maximum height is 13 meters. Traction lifts have no height limitation.

We provide a one-year warranty with lifetime maintenance. If any issues occur within the first year, spare parts are sent free of charge. After the warranty, parts remain free, but shipping fees will apply.

  • Pump: 650 mm high, 400 mm wide, and 500 mm long.
  • Distribution box: 500 mm high, 400 mm wide, and 200 mm deep.

In simple terms, we install the lift equipment, and you can hire a local contractor to finish the outer frame. Since the elevator is secured to the ground and walls, the outer frame doesn’t need to support any weight or require structural work. You can cover it with materials like solid wood and tempered glass, aluminum alloy with tempered glass, or UV board protection panels.

The elevator has very low power consumption. In standby mode, it only uses power once every 100 hours. When in operation with the doors fully open, it consumes 2.2 kWh per hour (without any power downtime).
